How reOCD
will work
This is how online treatment for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is planned to work once reOCD opens. Nothing on this page can be started yet.
- Your request
- First appointment
- Treatment plan
- Ongoing care
Tell us what you want to change
You will send a short request about what you want to change. A therapist Rephobia Limited has approved for OCD will read it before anything is booked.
What the request asks you to share is still being written, and a qualified clinician will review it before reOCD opens. You will decide whether any offer suits you.

Meet your therapist online
Your first appointment will be by video. You will talk through what you want to change, and your therapist will explain how they would approach it. Assessment is part of that conversation.
Before you book, you will see the therapist’s name, profession and a short introduction, and you will choose the time. Booking a first appointment will not commit either of you to more.

A conversation with a therapist, online. Agree a plan together
After the first appointment, your therapist can propose a treatment plan. It goes ahead only once you agree it, and any change needs your agreement again.
You and your therapist will agree the goal, the approach and each next step, and your therapist will adjust the pace with you.
A plan you agree together
- A goal that matters to you
- An approach your therapist explains
- Next steps you agree
- Regular reviews
Review and choose the next step
You and your therapist will look at what has changed and decide what comes next. You can stop at any point.
Your care workspace will keep your plan and appointments together, and you will book each further appointment separately.

Time to notice what changed before the next appointment.
What happens before reOCD opens
reOCD stays closed until therapists who work with OCD have joined. Rephobia Limited reviews each therapist’s professional details, and approval for OCD is separate from any approval for phobias.
A qualified clinician will review the information on this site, and the rules for approving therapists, before reOCD opens.
Until then, the Opening soon page lists where to get help with OCD today.

Where to get help with OCD today
The Opening soon page covers your options across the UK and Ireland and what to do if you need help urgently. It also tells you about Rephobia, our sister service for phobias.
This site asks for no details about you.
