reOCD is opening soon
reOCD will offer online treatment for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), led by a therapist. It is not taking requests yet, because no therapist is approved for OCD. This site asks for no details about you.
Where to get help with OCD now
In England you can refer yourself to NHS Talking Therapies without seeing your GP first. Anywhere in the UK or Ireland, your GP can tell you about NHS, HSC or HSE services where you live. A private therapist who works with OCD is another option.
If you need help urgently
reOCD is not an emergency service. If you are in danger or need help now, call 999 (112 in Ireland). For urgent advice in England, Scotland or Wales, call 111. In Northern Ireland or Ireland, contact your GP or the GP out-of-hours service. To talk to someone at any time, call Samaritans free on 116 123.
When reOCD will open
reOCD will open once therapists who work with OCD have joined and Rephobia Limited has approved them for it. No date is set, and there is no list to join.
Rephobia, run by the same company as reOCD, works on therapist-led care for phobias. Its online phobia service is not open to the public yet.
